ABOUT ME
I am a brand strategist with more than twenty years of experience working with global brands at top-tier advertising agencies in the United States, one of the most innovative and highly competitive markets in the world, where strategic rigor and creativity are baseline expectations and mediocrity is quickly exposed.
Now back home, I return with the intention of sharing that experience at a moment when it is most needed. Across the Valencian Community and Spain at large, I see a growing determination, especially among younger generations, to build and lead projects of their own. That determination unfolds within a rigid economic structure that often presents more obstacles than support, requiring excepcional clarity and strategic discipline. In such conditions, sustainable success depends less on ambition than on the quality of thinking behind it.
Building on this understanding, I concentrate my work in three areas where raising the standard of thinking and execution makes a measurable difference.
Collaboration as a Discipline
During my years in the highly competitive advertising industry, I spent much of my time leading teams in environments where individual talent alone is not enough to produce high-quality decisions. A company’s value in those settings is inseparable from the quality of its collaboration, and poor collaboration carries a visible cost. That experience led me to design a Collaboration Workshop in which I treat collaboration as an essential individual discipline that requires a deliberate shift in mindset. The objective is to establish a shared philosophy of performance that people can internalize rather than rely on a temporary method.
Teaching: From Complexity to Clarity
I also work in academic and executive education, partnering with business schools to teach both university students and senior leaders. My objective is to transform complexity into clarity and provide only the tools and frameworks that truly change how people think and act, without sacrificing rigor or depth.
Tailored Strategic Leadership
Finally, I continue my work in communication strategy through consulting. Today, brands operate in an increasingly demanding environment where high levels of clarity and coherence are required, regardless of size. I provide senior strategic leadership through a fractional model tailored to the reality and resources of each organization. In this capacity, I help companies define their brand direction, eliminate strategic noise, and make decisions that sustain differentiation over the long term.
